Kundalini is a fundamental and creative energy that resides passively within us. According to ancient texts this energy is shown as a coiled snake and upon awakening this energy travels upwards along the spine. There is no one-size-fits-all method for awakening Kundalini as its manifestation is individual in divine timing.
With Osho Kundalini Meditation or Yoga, we can awaken the energy within us. After this meditation you feel more alive and feel tingling in our limbs. Through this meditation, when we free ourselves from the blockages and conditionings that limit the access and flow of life force, the universal energy can flow freely.
When energy flows through, we are able to live more authentic and meaningful lives, fulfilling our true potential.
Certainly, Kundalini practice should not be taken lightly because it is a difficult exercise which can cause any problems in our body if done without a guide. Therefore, this exercise should be done only under someone’s guidance.
Osho Kundalini Meditation is of 1 hour duration and it consists of four parts. Each part is of 15 minutes-:
First Stage-: 15 minutes
Relax your whole body and feel the energy moving from your feet. Let go everywhere and become the shaking.
Second Stage-: 15 minutes
The second part consists of dancing for 15 minutes, with eyes closed or opened.
Third Stage-: 15 minutes
The third part is to meditate while sitting or standing in a quiet place so that we can become a witness to what is happening inside and what is happening outside.
Fourth Stage-: 15 minutes
In the fourth part, you have to meditate lying down for 15 minutes with your eyes closed.
