According to World Health Organisation (WHO), 1.28 billion adults aged 30-79  years have disease of hypertension or blood-pressure and the most important thing is 46% people are unaware that they have hypertension issue and they are suffering from them. Blood pressure is the force exerted by circulating blood against the arteries walls of the body the major blood vessels in the body and it is a term that is used to figure out the pressure our arterial walls. Hypertension or blood pressure should not be ignored and it is a condition that shows no symptoms, but can certainly put you at risk of heart disease while the patients are at a higher risk of heart stroke. That’s why we should keep checking our blood-pressure regularly.

The cause of high blood pressure is excessive salt, tobacco and alcohol consumption, eating less fruits and vegetables, being overweight and don’t do physical activity.
